1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using skeniraj.mk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

skeniraj.mk provides a digital QR menu platform for restaurants, bars, cafés, and other hospitality businesses. The Service allows you to create, customize, and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Activation

There is no free trial. Creating an account lets you build and preview your menu, but it is not served to guests until the account is activated on a paid plan. Subscriptions are arranged directly with us and invoiced; card payment is not currently available in North Macedonia. An account stays active for the period it has been paid for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant skeniraj.mk a limited license to display your content as necessary to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of skeniraj.mk.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. skeniraj.mk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
