1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business name), data you upload to the Service (menu items, images, pricing), and usage data (page views, feature usage, device information) collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (account verification, billing), and analyze usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (CDN & security). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data in a portable format; object to processing of your data; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@skeniraj.mk.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Guest data on orders (a name and phone number left when ordering) is automatically deleted 180 days after the order was placed. The order itself — items, amounts and tax — is kept as the venue's business record, with no personal data attached.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
